We strive to provide opportunities for everyone to plug in. Check out these ministries and see if anything catches you interest.
Women's Ministry
Our women's ministry provides opportunities for women to connect with, encourage and nourish each other. Events includes a women's retreat, picnics in the park, dinner events and more.
Seniors Ministry
Our seniors are an important part of our church. The seniors ministry gives our old-timers a chance to get and enjoy the weather, participate in special events such as garden walks and boat rides and enjoys each others company.
Missions Ministry
As a church, we support missionaries both local and abroad. The missions committee meets regularly to discuss mission needs and support goals. Also, we encourage those interested, to
visit missionaries in the field. Staying up to date on missions is a big job and we can always use more help.
Dinner for 8
Food: The great equalizer. Dinner for 8 is a great way to get to know your fellow congregation members. Each group meets four times at four different locations and collaborate on the meal. Couples and singles welcome.
Helping Hands
We all know that some circumstances, such as deaths or sickness, can make it difficult for families to function normally or keep up with a busy schedule. Helping hands is available to provide help where
it is needed, such as home-made meals or assistance with errands.
Get Carded
These creative ministry volunteers take the time to create and send birthday, get well soon, congratulation cards...just about any occasion, on behalf of the church. If you have a creative streak and would
like to help out in this ministry, we would love to hear from you!
Visitation Ministry
This ministry works with you and your family to pray for, comfort and uplift those who are in the hospital or restricted to the home.
Ushers & Greeters
If you enjoy interacting with others, you may be interested in being an usher or greeter. Ushers will seat people, pass the offering plates, take attendance counts, assist with communion and take care of
general security, while greeters will (as it sounds) greet those who come through the doors and help them to feel welcome.
Prayer Warriors
If you don't have a lot of free time, or maybe you feel you don't have any creative skills. That's ok! Our prayer warriors are vital to the success of our church and the growth and well-being of our church
goers. Volunteering your prayers is one of the most important and beneficial ministry positions.
